Refund policy

We are a small cash-flow family business. The nature of most of the things we make is such that we feel uncomfortable reselling after another customer has handled it.  Also we don't have a warehouse.  That is why we don't accept returns or exchanges.  That being said, if there is anything seriously wrong with your product or the shipping or handling process, don't hesitate to let us know.  We will make it right.
